- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cedar Interactive, Inc., 186A Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 to provide consulting services to test and implement the new field office training methodology proposed by the SSAs National Training Vision Workgroup (NTVW) and to assist in piloting the new definition of proficiency and the measurement tools that will be used to assess a claims representative trainee's proficiency. Interested and qualified parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement by email to Reggie.Poskocimas@ssa.gov no later than 3:00 pm CDT on Thursday, August 3, 2006. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFER. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the cutoff date, SSA will proceed with sole source negotiations with Cedar Interactive, Inc. All inquiries regarding this requirement must be email to the Contracting Officer at the email address listed above. No telephone calls or inquiries will be accepted. The Government will not pay for any offer or information received in response to this notice.
