Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to STANDARD AND POOR?S CUSIP master data file electronic access. The SEC requires CUSIP data, including 9-character CUSIP number and standardized descriptive methodology utilized throughout the financial community for identifying securities. The period of performance for this award is base year and four option years. We believe STANDARD AND POOR?S to be the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
