- Conference Dates: Monday, Sept. 11 2006, through Thursday, September, 14, 2006 Conference Location: Chicago, IL Conference Requirements: Approximately 25 sleeping rooms from Monday, September 11 through Thursday, September 14, 2006 (25 rooms for 4 nights) Conference Rooms: One (1) large conference room that will accommodate 25 conference participants. Audiovisual Requirements: Audiovisual equipment - podium microphone, wireless microphone, projection screen and flip charts in the conference room. Food and Beverage Requirements: Light refreshments for 25 people for morning and afternoon breaks for four (4) days. Other Facility Requirements: Area for conference registration, acceptance of delivery and storage of conference materials, services of a business center, and parking facilities. The hotel should be located in downtown Chicago within close proximity to restaurant(s), amenities, and attractions that are within the government per diem allowance and walking distance of the hotel.
