- Conference Dates: Monday, Sept. 18, 2006, through Thursday, September 21, 2006 Conference Location: Albuquerque, NM Conference Requirements: Approximately 45 sleeping rooms from Monday, September 18 through Thursday, September 21, 2006 (45 rooms for 4 nights) Conference Rooms: One (1) large conference room that will accommodate 45 conference participants two (2) days Two (2) conference rooms that will accommodate 25 people each for two (2) days Audiovisual Requirements: Audiovisual equipment - podium microphone, wireless microphone, projection screen and flip charts in each conference room. Food and Beverage Requirements: Light refreshments for 45 people for morning and afternoon breaks for four (4) days. Other Facility Requirements: Area for conference registration, acceptance of delivery and storage of conference materials, services of a business center, and parking facilities. The hotel should be located in a location within close proximity to restaurant(s), amenities, and attractions that are within the government per diem allowance and walking distance of the hotel.
