- Subj: Sole-Source Acquisition for ALPINE Cold Weather Boots for Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC). The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole-source Firm Fixed Price type contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, for the below listed items to Wolverine World Wide INC., 9341 Courtland Drive North East, Rockford, Michigan 49351-0001.
