- This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotes are being required and a written solicitatin will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office, NE currently has a requirement for TDK 80 min thermal printable silver CD-R, 700MB, P/N ZCDR80PTNXSCL**100 Pack** (36000 EA); & 100 PK TYVEK SLEEVES WHITE CD/DVD NON-TEAR ENVELOPE W/CELLO WINDOW, P/N 45005, (40000 EA). Quotes are due back by 3:00PM on July 28, 2006, to the Regional Contracting Office, NE, 3250 Catlin Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134 or fax (703) 784-3592, Attn: Josephine Smith. Proposals will be evaluated by qualified personnel. Each proposals will be reveiwed, and evaluated on it's own merits. Selection will be to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirement, is determined to be the Best Value and Best suit the neeed of the Government
