Somers, Telephone (843) 218-5976; Fax (843) 218-5963 Description: The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-06-R-0844 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to FAR 13.5 to Chelton, Inc., 1955 Lakeway Drive, Suite 200, Lewisville, TX 75057-1920. The contract will include a base year and three option years for the following item: Audio Control Panel, Part # 375-016. This part is manufactured by Northern Airborne Technology, Ltd (NAT), 1925 Kirschner Road, Kelowna, BC Canada V1Y 4N7. The component technology associated with the Audio Control Panel is NAT proprietary data. It is anticipated that the following quantities will be purchased: Base Year ??? 32 each; 1st Option Year ??? 20 each; 2nd Option Year ??? 15 each; 3rd Option Year ??? 25 each. Delivery of these items shall be specified on individual delivery orders. A Firm Fixed Price Commercial Procurement is anticipated. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.
