- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with IMO Industries Incorporated (cage 59180) for the following material: Canned Lube Oil Pumps (4) each, model no.: CLP423X-362, drawing no.: SF11159; Applicable NAICS: 333911, business size 500 employees; The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price contract to be awarded at the close of negotiations as a result of the RFP that will be issued. The Government is seeking a proposal for new material only. The pumps are to be manufactured in accordance with the latest OEM drawings and all applicable certificates of conformance are required to be furnished upon delivery. Delivery location is the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, CA 92136. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Destination by the Government. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. Technical capability, past performance and pricing criteria will be established in the solicitation and shall be evaluated in determining an awardee. The RFP will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 4, 2006.
