- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with ASM Research of Fairfax, VA for predicting applicant success services for the Navy Selection, Classification & Surveys Branch, Arlington, VA. It is intended to incorporate this action as a contract modification for additional work to a current Navy contract with ASM Research for the incorporation of project management services, programming, technology maintenance, screening tool delivery, data collection, analytical services, and reporting services for the Navy Applicant Management Information System (NAMIS) developed by ASM Research. The Navy intends to solicit on a sole source, firm fixed price basis with ASM Research under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 ?Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements?. ASM Research is the only provider of the NAMIS support services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611710.
