While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command.? The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Proposes to procure a Multi-Purpose Engine Control Unit (MPECU) for P-104 Test Facility MILCON P-104 Gas Turbine Test Facility. This procurement is Unrestricted, and will be issued using FAR SubPart 13.5 for certain Commercial Items. This solicitation will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS and NECO.navy.mil on or after 4 Aug 06. All questions must be in writing, and no telephone calls will be accepted.
