- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes, MD intends to solicit a purchase order on a sole source basis with CIAO WIRELESS, located at 4000 VIA PESCADOR, CAMARILLO, CA 93012. This requirement is needed by the Lamps Depot for use in the overhaul of the Tracking Antenna from now until the full transition of the Depot is made to accommodate the overhaul of the Ku-Bands units. The items to be procured include the following: CLIN 0001 C2952-D-009-1 UPPER WAVEGUIDE ASSY (QTY 15). CLIN 0002 C2952-D-076 CONTACT PLATE (QTY 15) CLIN 0003 C 2952-077-1 APERATURE ASSEMBLY (QTY 15) This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 256(c) and 10 U.S.C. 2034(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source CIAO WIRELESS can supply the required equipment and is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the required equipments. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may submit information to this office within 30 days after synopsis is published and will be considered by this agency. A determination not to compete this procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government will not pay for any information received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 .
