Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete removal and reinstallation of a ballasted membrane roofing system at the Clark Memorial located within the boundaries of the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park, 401 South Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana. Work will include, but is not limited to, reinstallation of metal flashing, etc. A full description of all work and locations will be identified in the Request for Quotation. All work required shall be in accordance with all Federal, State, OSHA and local government regulations. The NAICS code for this project is 238160. The small business size standard is $13 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project is performance time is 75 days after Notice to Proceed. This project will be solicited and and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both small and large businesses. If a site visit is necessary, please contact Doug Blome at (812) 882-1776. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec nbc.gov on or about August 9, 2006.
