- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement to install 4-strand barbed wire fencing and nine wire gates along approximately 10,000 linear feet over five different sites at the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge in Othello, WA. The contractor will provide materials, labor and equipment for the construction of fence and gates. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a "best value" procurement with award based on technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirement, past performance with similar requirements and price. Technical capability, past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Solicitation number: 101816Q538 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.ideasecnbc.gov".
