Description

DESC: This is a solicitation for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeking proposals for the operation of a Concession to provide the following minimum rental equipment and services for the public at the Five-Mile Landing area at Havasu National Wildlife Refuge. See attached Prospectus for Solicitation No. 201815Q031 a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a Concession Contract using requirements found in FWS Service Director's Order 139. Previous RFQ 201816Q030 is replaced by RFQ 201816Q031. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 72119. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses found in the above Director's Order. The Federal Acquisition Regulations do not apply to this contract. Evaluation of Commercial opportunity proposals: the Government will award to the responsible offeror who conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government, based on 1. Price; and 2. Technical. Vendors wishing to respond to this combined synopsis/RFQ should provide this office with the following: information found in Appendix D of the RFQ and other requested documents found throughout the prospectus. The Offeror agrees to hold the proposed terms in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (local mountain standard time), September 5, 2006. Five copies should be mailed or Federal Expressed to: Lori Jones, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 500 Gold Avenue, SW, Room 4504, P.O. Box 1306, Albuquerque, NM 87103.
