Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposal is for purchase and delivery of two thousand (2000) of the following: SPECIAL OPERATIONS FORCES MEDICAL HANDBOOK, Published by Teton NewMedia Publishers. ISBN: 1893441547. Delivery of all 2000 units must be in less thirty (30) days after award date. Cost of shipping and handling must be included in your quote. Offerors shall be registered in the DOD Cen tral Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors regi stered in the Central Contractor Registrat ion (CCR) can be awarded the contract. Offerors shall have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. In ac cordance with FAR52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a), The Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest, technically responsive proposal, and is deemed acceptable and responsible by the Contracting Officer.
