- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for commercial service/maintenance for three mobile cranes located at McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, Oregon. A firm fixed priced commercial item contract is contemplated. QUOTATIONS are due 27 July 2006, 10 AM. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. NAICS 811310. This announcement constitute s only the synopsis; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
