Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quot es are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 334119, size standard is 1,000 Employees. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. One (1) Cross Match Guardian LiveScan Digital Finger Print; 2. One (1) Guardian Silicone Pads and Adhesive Sheets (10 of Each); 3. One (1) OPM Submission Software; 4. Warranty, 1 Year 24x7 Remote Customer Support, Next Day Federal Express Cross Ship Protection, Dell Onsite Gold Support; 5. Onsite Installation and Training, includes travel and expenses; OR EQUIVALENT. 6. To include: Dell Notebook Computer (Pre-Configured), PC-Anywhere Software (Remote Diagnostic Support), Accessory Started Kit, FireWire Card, FireWire Cable, Power Supply, User Guide and Training Video.
