- (a) Provide all insulation and parts necessary to insulate the APU duct on KC135R aircraft. (b) A site visit will be conducted on 01 August 2006 at 0900 hours at the Utah Air National Guard Base, 765 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116. All interested vendors should notify Shelley Schrader at 801-245-2105 if you plan to attend the site visit. Due to increased security at DOD facilities, failure to do so may result in denial of site/base access. Solicitation packages will be distributed dur ing the site visit. Vendors can access the solicitation package at http://www.utsalt.ang.af.mil/outside%20page%20May%202006/contracting.htm following the site visit. (c) All vendors must be registered in CCR in order to be eligible for award. CCR regist ration is available at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. (d) Vendors will be required to submit a written quote. (e) Anticipated award date is 16 August 2006. (f) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Utah ANG.
