- Contractor to provide materials, supplies, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to repair and reconfigure, also to construct an addition to facility 600. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This proposed acquisition is Unrestricted. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to this website on or about 3 Aug 06 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Small Business Concerns may obtain paper copies of the solicitation via written request. The Government will not honor telephone requests. Requests for IFB FA4654-06-B0006 shall be submitted in writing or faxed to 765-688-2803.
