- Minimum Measuring Stroke Range: Bridge Axis:(X) 60?,Table Axis(Y) 100?, Vertical Axis (Z) 48?. Measuring accuracy shall be ISO 10360-2 standards. Optical linear scales of 0.5 micron resolution. Air bearings to each axis. Manual Thermal Compensation. Passive anti-vibration system. Measuring table shall be constructed of granite. The measuring accuracy uncertainties are to be achieved without the use of volumetric error compensation. Includes installation at Arnold AFB TN. Options for extended warranty, software maintenance support and a scanning probe head for touch-probe scanning and single point measurements, along with the supporting software.
