- Synopsis ? Replace Fence and Gates Dyess Air Force Base is seeking fence and gates replacement services. This project consists of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services necessary to remove old fence, install poles, gates with wheels, and metal fence between buildings 7010 and 7004. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 and the small business size standard is 13 million dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr2000.com. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation F1R31A6199A2 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to USAF Offices, Air Combat Command, 7 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 21 Jul 06, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 27 Jul 06, at 10:00 AM (CST). The cut off for receipt of proposals shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 4 Aug 06.
