- George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center will enter into a sole-source contract with Johnson Controls Inc. to install HVAC controls for the new units installed on Bldg. 14. Installation will include extending the N2 communication trunk to the new equipment being added, modify the existing NCM and OWS for monitoring and control of the new equipment, etc. Solicitation will be released on July 25, 2006 with a return date of August 2, 2006.
