- Description: Service and Support of Brain Lab Hospital Equipment in Omaha, NE to include Maintenance of the following equipment is required: VectorVision Compact Navigation Station and Data Transfer Module along with maintaining and updating all required software (to include Cranial Applications, Spinal Applications, C-Arm Integration, ENT Applications, and Knee Applications). Service 24 hours per day, 7 day per week, 365 days per year. This service also includes up to (10) ten visits per year for the purpose of continuing maintenance; annual certification and inspection of each system; spare parts (camera, monitor, graphic card and power supply); discounted rates on wear parts and software updates. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. Brain Lab equipment and software is proprietary and offeror must have legal rights to the information in order to submit a proposal.
