- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate with Library Systems & Services LLC, 12850 Middlebrook Road Century Blvd (Suite 400), Germantown, MD 20874 for library support services under the authority of FAR 6.302, as a follow-on to previous support services provided. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
