Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to replace the chiller for Building 88 and install two new chillers at the VA Medical Center, Boise Idaho. The chillers will be controlled by DDC controls connected to the campus DDC system. Work will include mechanical, electrical, demolition, concrete, and controls as detailed on plans and as required by specifications. The existing chiller may not be removed from service prior to November 15th and the new chillers must be completely operational by the following March 1st . The procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled, veteran owned small business concerns. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
