- The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the following equipment: 1) 2040-01-501-5749, Blade, Propeller, Ship, USCG Part Number 46X46R.H, Quantity 2 each. They are used on the USCG 65 ft Tow Boat. Propellers are to be manufactured in accordance with USCG/ELC Specification No. P-245-0146 Rev. D dtd 05/06 and USCG Drawing No.65B-WD-4400-2. 2) 2040-01-501-5755, Blade, Propeller, Ship, USCG Part Number 46X46L.H, Quantity 2 each. They are used on the USCG 65 ft Tow Boat. Propellers are to be manufactured in accordance with USCG/ELC Specification No. P-245-0146 Rev. D dtd 05/06 and USCG Drawing No.65B-WD-4400-2. USCG/ELC Quality Assurance inspection at plant is required. Items are to be individually packed, marked and bar-coded. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCG/ELC, Baltimore, MD. Request for Quotation No. HSCG40-06-Q-6MF296 will be available as attachments no later than 07/25/06. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. See Numbered Note 1
