- This is Western Area Power Administration???s notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 41 USC 253(c)(1), with GE Energy Management Services, Inc., the only known source of supply for this proprietary software system upgrade ??? EnterNet Suite Operator Local Client Licenses-Primary Online System. This will be accomplished under the part FAR 12 ??? Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 ??? Simplified Acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this 541511 and the business size is $23 million. The award is to supply the following: EnterNet Suite Operator Local Client License-Online System EnterNet Suite Operator Remote/Floating Client 12 each, Licenses-Online System - EnterNet Suite View-View only Client License-Upgrade from current EnterNet View License w/25 users 12 each, EnterNet Suite Dual Noce Cluster Server-Primary Online Systems 1 lot, EnterNet Suite Control Remote/Floating License 1 lot, ACC(9), DTS(2), PDS(4) 1 lot, EnterNet Suite Server-ACC, DTC, PDS 2 lots, Credit for Turn-in of ten XUI licenses 1 lot. This action is not a request for quote/proposals. However, all interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to satisfy the government's requirement and may submit a written proposal containing sufficient technical data to demonstrate the capabilities of offered products by emailing Frances Gutierrez at gutierre@wapa.gov or by fax at 970 461-7377 no later than ten days after this notice. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of a competitive procurement. If no responses are received within 10 days of this notice, Western will pursue a sole source contract award with GE Energy Management Services, Inc.
