- Southwestern Power Administration has a requirement for furnishing (fabricate and deliver to the powerplant generator bay) eight (8) duplex switchboard sections; furnishing (fabricate and deliver to the powerplant generator bay) one (1) temporary generator relay rack; and disposing of the old main switchboard. The site location is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer???s (COE) Eufaula Dam. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on August 1, 2006. Written requests for the solicitation package must be sent to Ms. Tammy Moreno, Contract Specialist at the following address: Southwestern Power Administration, Attn: S6310; One West Third Street; Tulsa, OK 74103-3502; OR e-mail Tammy.Moreno@swpa.gov. The solicitation number, title, requestor's name, address, and telephone number must be included in all requests. NO FAX or PHONE REQUESTS ACCEPTED. A non-refundable fee of $45 per set of drawings (full size) is required. Check or Money Order must be made payable to Southwestern Power Administration and must accompany a written request sent to the address above.
