- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Fruit Fly Rearing Facility, Moore Air Base, Edinburg, TX, intends to procure one (1) Conveyerized Tunnel Washer, for 600 Units per hour - to accommodate a 30"L x 30"W x 1"H aluminum frame tray with a screen bottom. Delivery shall be FOB destination: Edinburg, TX and includes installation. This is a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 339111. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular.
