- Due to technical problems, this solicitation will not be posted to DIBBS as previously stated. Interested offerors must email Clifford Lawson at clifford.lawson@dla.mil for a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation officially opened on 7/20/06 and will close on 8/4/06 at 3:00 PM. Proposed acquisition covers a requirement for Duffel Bag, Black. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted for a firm fixed quantity of 50 each. Destination: Albany, GA.
