The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity type Contract which contains an option to extend the contract period for one (1) year at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option year) shall not exceed 2 years. While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
