- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division (DITCO-PL8231) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to MITEM Corp. for annual software support of MITEM Corporation?s MitemView Server Runtimes software. The software provides license support of DISA operations for the period 6 August 2006 ? 5 August 2007. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(a).
