- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRAT with WEBASTO Product North America for purchase of twenty three (23) Pre heater Kits for OEM Vehicle heaters fro 6/17 CAV at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This notice is not a request for c ompetitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies, FAR 5.207(f)(3).
