- Description
- General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to design and install a wet-pipe fire sprinkler system from the connection at the main water supply including a tie back into an existing alarm system. Space needing protection is approximately 5,000 square feet at Building 21B, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado. The project value is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The period of performance is sixty (60) calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 10, 2006. A pre-proposal conference, to include a site survey, is anticipated on or about July 19, 2006. It is anticipated award will be made to the offeror submitting the least cost, technically acceptable proposal. Competition for this procurement is unrestricted. Award is expected to be made on or about August 4, 2006. It is the offeror???s responsibility to monitor Feb Biz Opps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for the issuance of any amendments. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information (drawings). For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requester must complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidder/Offerors form available in the solicitation. In addition, the following information must be submitted and/or provided by the requester via the spaces provided in the Notice: 1) Copy of business license, 2) Company???s Dun & Bradstreet number, 3) Valid Tax Identification Number, 4) A valid picture state driver???s license (for persons picking up SBU documents).
