- The Internal Revenue Service is seeking a contractor to assist the IRS Fresno Recruitment Office & Fresno Wage & Investment Campus in its advertisement and recruitment effort to attract a sufficient and diverse applicant pool to fill entry-level positions for seasonal/temporary/term employment positions. The IRS will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and policies in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The contractor shall provide full service recruitment advertising services in accordance with a Statement of Work. THIS IS 100% SET-ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541820 and Small Business Size Standard is 6.5 million. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about August 1, 2006. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered.
