Description

The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive A-E contract to Aero-Metric, Inc. of Anchorage, AK for acquisition of LIDAR data along the Matanuska River in Alaska - this data will be placed in the public domain. They are the only known source in Alaska for complete LIDAR services.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail only (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown on this announcement. This procurement is pending availability of funds and will be processed to the point of award.
