- Description
- The BLM has a requirement for all necessary construction, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, and materials and supplies necessary to complete maintenance as directed by the BLM. Contractor will prepare a work plan, and health and safety plan for BLM approval. Contractor will obtain all necessary permits or any other clearances required by San Juan County. Prior to mobilization to any site, Contractor shall cooperate with the BLM to identify boundary of all work areas, and approved areas for equipment travel, parking, and staging of materials and supplies. A preposal conference will be offered by Stephanie Odell, 970-385-1353, on July 26th, 2006 at 10 AM at 15 Burnett Ct., Durango CO 81301. This requirement is open to Total Small Business Set Asides. The estimated price range is between $50,000.00 and $75,000.00. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders may print the bid documents to submit their bid by mail, or bids may be submitted electronically. No facsimile bids will be accepted. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about 07/13/06. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
