- Classification Code: W = Lease or rental of Equipment Product Code: 3805 = Earth Moving and Excavating Equipment (FAC, Revision 2005-07) The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Eagle Lake Field Office, Susanville, CA requires the Contractor to furnish equipment as noted per the solicitation for rental to the Government. The Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation necessary to provide the above product/rental to locations as stated per the Solicitation. Equipment that is rented with a motor will be per the terms of rental without operator. The vendor is requested to deliver the product requested, at the location and at times as requested, per the Government. Location site is noted as Upper Biscar Dam, located 6 miles West of US Highway 395 at Karlo Road, which is approximately 35 miles North of Susanville, CA. The Government will notify the contractor a one week notice prior to the need for delivery of the product/rental requested. Delivery time period is estimated between the dates of September 18, 2006 and September 21, 2006. Contract work is located in Lassen County, CA. Sites are accessible via paved or graded dirt roads. You must also be current with your registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov. The RFQ is posted simultaneously with this Announcement and will close on August 18, 2006. Closing date for this RFQ will be not later than August 18, 2006, 11:59 EST.
