- Furnish all plant, equipment, labor and all things necessary to relocate submerged obstructions in or near the Panama City Entrance Channel, Panama City, Florida to the approved diposal area adjacent to the obstruction. It is anticipated that a fixe d-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedures. Source selection criteria will be included in the solcitation; therefore, detailed proposal will be required. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business using NAICS is 488330 for which the size standard is an average gross income of $6,500,000.00 for the past 3 three years. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fedteds.gov. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in FedTeDS before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The soliciation will not be provided in a paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changed to this solicitation.
