- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to furnish and install (2) air break disconnect switches, substation, group operated, 15KV, 1200 Amp, S&C or equivalent. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 with a size standard of $13Mil dollars; the SIC code was 1731. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The proposal acceptance period will be 60 days. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation will be released on or about 2 August 2006. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov.
