- Description
- The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting Center, Glendale, CO 80246, intends to negotiate with Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Businesses (SDVOSBs) to provide orthotic supplies and services to VISN 19 facilities in Colorado, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. This solicitation is issued for the purposes of establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements against existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts, FSC Class 6530, Group 65. Contractors shall be required to provide footwear and foot orthoses; orthopedic orthoses; support appliances and apparatus, and related services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. Contractors shall possess the capability to custom fit said orthoses and/or appliances on veterans. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by providing a capability statement and qualification which must contain specific information on supplying these types of supplies and services under and existing FSS contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements from SDVOSBs with applicable FSS contracts received within 10 calendar days after the date of submission of this announcement will by considered by the Government.
