- Contractor shall provide the clinical and administrative personnel necessary to render routine and emergency apheresis services to patients at the VA Hines and Jesse Brown VAMC - Chicago. These services will be performed on the COBE Spectra apheresis equipment, which is currently on-site at each facility. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about July 18, 2006. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
