Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision to complete project titled USP 797 Pharmacy at the VAMC, Louisville, KY 40206-1499. Work shall include but is not limited to the following: Renovate the Inpatient Pharmacy hood area and break room, Outpatient Pharmacy consultation and pickup area, Pre-op reception and exam rooms, and Pain Clinic treatment room and accessory spaces. Work includes demolition, general construction, architectural alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, coordination/installation of pharmacy equipment, utility systems, necessary removal of elements of existing construction, and all other items described in the drawings and specifications. All work is to be completed, including final clean up, within 200 calendar days of receipt of notice to proceed. NAICS 236220 applies and the small business standard is $31.0 Million. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is set-a-side 100% for Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Bid Bond is required in the amount of 20% of bid and Performance and Payment bonds will be required upon award of contract. Award is subject to availability of funding. The specification will be uploaded on/about July 24,2006 however firms must request drawings in writing on company letterhead.
