- A Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued by the Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division?s Simplified Acquisitions Department with the intent to procure landscape services to implement a re-design of the public grounds. Solicitation Number DTFH70-06-Q-00019 is a request for quote prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. This solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business. All firms responding must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov for award. The estimated dollar amount for this project is >$25,000 and <$100,000. The North American Classification System Code is 561730 with a size standard $6.5.
