- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to repair Nawiliwili Harbor Light, Nawiliwili, Kauai, Hawaii. Work includes replacement of windows, metal work, various miscellaneous electrical repairs, pole guy repairs, and concrete repairs. Lead paint will be removed on the interior around the work area. The exterior of the concrete structure will be painted. This solicitation is a best value source selection. Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and qualifications of key personnel. The work shall be completed no later than 100 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website.
