- Modified Synopsis to increase Estimated Annual Demand quantities. NSN: 6680-01-086-4470, Adapter, Speedometer-Tachometer Drive. Detroit Diesel Corp., CAGE 72582, P/N 5106771. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB is Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 48 days after receipt of order (DARO). Surge requirement applies. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 212 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 1, 2006.
