- The Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), a Federal Agency, has a requirement for Recreation Therapeutic Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and supplies for Recreation Services at the Court Service and Offender Supervision Agency?s residential facility. The contract period of performance will be one base year with four option years. This procurement is a set aside for Small Business concerns. It is incumbent upon potential offerors to download or obtain the Solicitation and amendments/updates, if any, once the Solicitation is issued. This RFP is being issued electronically. Paper copies will not be available.
