- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to procure 480 Texas Instruments (TI-84) calculators P/N 84PL/TPK/1L1/B, 17 Texas Instruments Presenters P/N TIPRESENTER, and 5 Texas Instruments Navigator Standard support for sixteen (16) students P/N NAV/CRK16/1L1/B. The items will be procured on an other than Full and Open Competition brand name basis. Delivery will be F.O.B Destination within 30 days of effective date of award. Specific details will be included the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number HE1260-06-T-8003. The solicitation/RFQ will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 20 July 2006 to close 15 days after RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date is 20 August 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency by the solicitation closing date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. The Government will consider awarding to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Quotation.
