- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to Glencoe/McGraw-Hill, a division of the Educational and Professional Publishing Group of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. to provide Street Law texts and materials for the 2006/2007 school year. The McGraw-Hill Companies are the only provider of the text, Street Law: A Course in Practical Law, and its associated Exam View Pro Tentmaker. These materials will support DoDEA's current Street Law curriculum. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Response Date: July 28, 2006 2:00 PM EST.
