Description
To: All Interested Organizations Subject: Request for Proposal A06-035, CORPORATE BOND YIELD CURVE DATA Requirement Summary The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain data for estimating daily yield curves for corporate bonds. The focus of the resulting contract is on bond data that change daily, particularly bond prices at daily close as well as other daily items. The data must come from a wide range of investment grade bonds which substantially cover the market. The contractor must set out in detail the sources of the data and interpretations of associated definitions, and as specified below must provide continuing support for Treasury?s use of the data in the ongoing production of the yield curves. Solicitation Directions Interested organizations are specifically directed to Sections C, Statement of Work, Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. These RFP sections contain the specific information regarding the contract requirement, proposal preparation, and the basis for selection of the successful offer for contract award. All communications concerning the RFP must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, John A. Palmieri, at john.palmieri@do.treas.gov. Questions and/or clarification requests related to the RFP must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by email at john.palmieri@do.treas.gov by 12 PM (EDT) on July 21, 2006. Treasury will use the questions and clarification requests to determine if changes to the RFP will be necessary. Proposals must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer, John A. Palmieri, at john.palmieri@do.treas.gov by 2PM EDT on August 15, 2006.
